Coordinate and schedule deliveries for Lowe's products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure all deliveries are properly scheduled and executed.
Communicate effectively with both customers and delivery team members to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
Monitor and track delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of products.
Resolve any delivery-related customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to delivery and ensure compliance at all times.
Train and support new delivery team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Continuously seek ways to improve the delivery process and provide feedback and suggestions to management.
