Lowe's is looking for an experienced DB2 Systems Programmer to join our high-performing IT team. We're seeking a motivated self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, who is passionate about database systems and eager to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience managing DB2 database systems, with a thorough understanding of DB2 System Administration processes and best practices. Experience with SQL scripting, performance tuning, and database backup and recovery is also required. Working knowledge of z/OS, TSO, and CA-7 scheduler is a plus.Above all, we're looking for a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills, who is able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
