  1. Greeting and welcoming customers to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Assisting customers with finding products and providing product knowledge.
  4. Answering customer inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information.
  5. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Upselling and cross-selling products to customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  9. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Staying updated on all store promotions, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
  11. Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to management.
  12. Following all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and team members.
  13. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  14. Attending training sessions and staying updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  15. Striving to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals set by the company.
