- Utilize statistical and data analysis tools to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate customer insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience based on data and insights.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and market research methodologies.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather additional insights and data.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methods for gathering and analyzing customer data.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Marketing, Business, Or Data Analytics.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Insights Or Market Research, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, Or Power Bi.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Behavior And Retail Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels.
