
Content Manager
Manages creative content flow for the Content Team by assessing workloads, identifying commonalities in requests, and aligning deadlines. Guides and directs copywriters and/or photography coordinators in the development of assets that are on brand and within project requirements with the goal of assets being leveraged in multiple ways, across multiple channels. Partners with Editorial Manager to understand requests for content and helps their teams adjust as necessary to deliver content or photography on time, on brand, and on budget. Defines measures of success, objectives, and resource allocation for copy and/or photography production team. Contributes to the creation of copy or photography assets as needed. Provides updates to peers across marketing on workflow, status, and risks to completion. Engages with external agencies and supervises agency teams as needed when work volume peaks. Liaises with peers in Creative to ensure team is contributing to asset catalog that meets brand standards and project requirements.
