- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a valid CDL license and comply with all DOT regulations.
- Load and unload merchandise using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers and store associates to coordinate delivery schedules and address any delivery-related issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while representing Lowe's in a professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and other required documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, following proper maintenance and care procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any delivery-related concerns.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Attend required training and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl): A Cdl Delivery Driver Must Possess A Valid Cdl In Order To Legally Operate A Commercial Vehicle For Lowe's.
Clean Driving Record: A Clean Driving Record Is Essential For A Cdl Delivery Driver. This Includes No Accidents, Tickets, Or Traffic Violations Within A Specified Period Of Time.
Physical Fitness: Delivery Drivers At Lowe's Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift Heavy Objects, Such As Building Materials And Appliances.
