Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport materials and products to customers.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Maintain a valid CDL license and adhere to all requirements for CDL drivers.
Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products on time and with a positive attitude.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Load and unload materials and products according to company procedures.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any issues encountered.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient delivery routes and timely deliveries.
Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including picking and packing orders.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, customer service, and product handling.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and provide suggestions for efficiency and cost savings.
Represent Lowe's in a professional and positive manner at all times.
