Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
Load and unload products using proper equipment and techniques.
Inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
Communicate any delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedule to the appropriate parties.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries from customers.
Collaborate with warehouse and store staff to ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading of products.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to product handling and delivery.
Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay current on company policies, procedures, and products.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
