The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong technical skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. As a Benefits Analyst, you will play an integral role in ensuring that Lowe's remains competitive in the marketplace by developing and administering employee benefits programs.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent knowledge of employee benefits, including 401(k) plans, pension plans, and healthcare benefits. You must also be able to use data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing plans and recommend improvements. In addition, you must have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to benefits.
