Identify and attract top talent for our organization through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate job opportunities and company culture effectively to potential candidates, highlighting the benefits of working at Lowe's.
Utilize your fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with bilingual candidates and provide translation support as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and attract top talent.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Represent Lowe's in a professional and positive manner at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment events.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications

Fluency In Both Spanish And English: The Ideal Candidate For An Associate Recruiter - Bilingual Position At Lowe's Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate In Both Spanish And English, Both Verbally And In Writing.
