Asset Protection Agent

As an Asset Protection Agent at Lowe's, you will play an important role in ensuring our stores and customers are safe and secure. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED• Minimum of one year experience in security/asset protection• Proven ability to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to use retail inventory systems• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays• Must be willing and able to pass a background check

Responsibilities: • Monitor and patrol store premises to detect suspicious activity and potential threats • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees • Respond to incidents of theft, fraud, or other criminal activities • Investigate and document any incidents that occur • Report all incidents to management and law enforcement, as necessary • Provide customer service and build strong relationships with customers • Monitor and control access to store premises by verifying valid IDs and badges • Operate surveillance equipment and alarm systems • Complete daily reports on activities and incidents • Follow all safety and security protocols and procedures • Remain up to date on store policies and procedures
