Asset Protection Agent

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity and identify potential threats to store assets
2. Maintain a visible presence throughout the store to deter theft
3. Investigate and document suspicious activities or incidents
4. Respond appropriately to alarms and emergency situations
5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to asset protection
6. Enforce store policies and procedures related to asset protection
7. Assist with the investigation of shoplifting and other theft incidents
8. Review CCTV footage and other security materials to identify potential losses
9. Provide excellent customer service
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers
11. Prepare detailed reports on asset protection activities
12. Work with law enforcement and other agencies to identify and apprehend suspects
13. Remain up-to-date on loss prevention best practices.
