Asset Protection Agent

As a Lowe’s Asset Protection Agent, you will be responsible for safeguarding company assets and maintaining safety and security standards in our stores. You will be a part of a team focused on providing an exceptional customer experience while proactively monitoring store activity for suspicious behavior and responding to emergency situations.To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, be able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment, and possess a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity for suspicious behavior and respond to emergency situations.
2. Ensure safety and security standards are met.
3. Provide exceptional customer service.

5. Investigate and document shrinkage incidents.
6. Work with store management and other team members to develop and oversee security procedures.
7. Assist with the enforcement of store policies and procedures.
8. Communicate with customers and store personnel in a professional manner.
9. Take appropriate action in response to customer complaints and inquiries.
10. Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
