Job Description

Are you an experienced Asset Protection Agent looking to work with the largest home improvement retailer in North America? Lowe's is currently recruiting for an Asset Protection Agent to join our dynamic and growing team. As an integral part of our business, the Asset Protection Agent will play a key role in helping ensure our customers, employees, and products remain secure and safe.To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: a minimum of two years of experience in a retail or security environment, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and inspect the store premises to detect any suspicious activity, theft, or security breaches.
  2. Investigate shoplifting and other criminal activities and provide reports to the relevant authorities.
  3. Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in accordance with company policies.
  4. Monitor store entrances and exits to ensure that all customers adhere to store policies.
  5. Assist with the prevention of losses by implementing effective inventory control practices.
  6. Maintain a secure and safe environment for customers and employees.
  7. Ensure that all security systems and equipment are functioning properly.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or safety violations.
  9. Prepare incident reports and document evidence collected.
  10. Assist in the training and supervision of store staff on security policies and procedures.
