Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and patrol store premises to detect signs of theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activities.
2. Investigate shoplifting incidents and provide information to law enforcement as required.
3. Greet customers and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Implement and maintain store safety and security policies and procedures.
5. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
6. Identify and report shrinkage and safety hazards.
7. Provide customer service and assistance to shoppers.
8. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and investigations.
9. Train and supervise new security personnel.
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laws.
