We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as an Asset Protection Agent at Lowe's. As an Asset Protection Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and property. You will be expected to create a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. You should also be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: -Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and property -Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills -Communicate and interact with staff and customers -Organize and prioritize tasks -Familiarize with store policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations -Work independently and with minimal supervision -Monitor security cameras and respond to alarms -Investigate and document incidents -Provide security and safety escorts -Carry out any other duties as assigned
