Monitor and maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and team members.
Identify and report any potential safety hazards or security threats.
Patrol the store premises and parking lot to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
Conduct thorough investigations of any incidents or accidents that occur on the premises.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper safety and security protocols are being followed.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address any security concerns or issues.
Monitor and review security footage to identify any potential security breaches or theft.
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures related to asset protection.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security measures and protocols.
Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services for quick response in case of an emergency.
Provide training and guidance to team members on safety and security procedures.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and preventive measures.
Stay updated on current security trends and implement proactive measures to prevent potential threats.
Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.
Act as a liaison between the store and security vendors or agencies.

Job Qualifications
