Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
Conduct regular security checks and patrols to identify potential safety hazards and security threats.
Utilize surveillance equipment and other security tools to monitor and detect suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, taking appropriate action to resolve the situation.
Collaborate with store management to develop and implement safety and security strategies.
Educate store employees on safety and security protocols, and provide training as needed.
Investigate and document any security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and accidents.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and provide reports to management as needed.
Coordinate with law enforcement and other external agencies as necessary.
Conduct internal investigations into suspected employee theft or fraud.
Monitor and secure the store's inventory and assets, including cash and merchandise.
Make recommendations for improvements to safety and security measures based on observations and incidents.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security and safety trends and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation.
Act as a visible presence in the store, providing a sense of security and assistance to customers and employees.
Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or questions related to safety and security.

Job Qualifications
