Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the store premises at all times.
Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
Respond to and handle any security incidents or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
Conduct thorough investigations into any suspicious activities or incidents, and gather evidence for potential legal action.
Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and reports.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and techniques.
Train and educate store employees on security procedures and best practices.
Monitor and review security footage to identify any potential security risks or issues.
Work closely with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Follow all safety and security regulations and guidelines set by the company.
Continuously assess and improve security measures to ensure the safety of customers, employees, and company assets.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with customers and employees.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention In A Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of Cctv Systems, Alarm Systems, And Other Security Equipment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, And Adapt To Changing Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
