We are looking for an outstanding Analytical Merchandising Operations Analyst to join our team at Lowe’s! In this role, you will be responsible for applying a data-driven approach to understand customer shopping trends, analyzing the performance of our product assortment and optimizing our inventory to ensure product availability and profitability. If you have an analytical mindset, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with merchandising operations, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising operations- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SQL queries- Experience using business intelligence tools to conduct data analysis and reporting- Ability to work independently and effectively manage projects and deadlines
