Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
2. Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchase decisions
3. Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions
4. Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints
5. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked with merchandise
6. Assist with store and window displays as needed
7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
8. Upsell products and services to customers
9. Enforce store policies and procedures
10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions
