Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Department Manager to join our team and help us take our customer service to the next level. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working well with diverse teams, a drive to exceed performance goals, and the ability to think on their feet. They must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role and a high school diploma or equivalent. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the Lovesac brand and its mission and has the desire to go above and beyond in serving our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and direction.
  2. Monitor and assess team performance, setting goals and objectives to ensure excellent customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and team performance.
  4. Ensure that customer inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to educate and motivate team members.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
