Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers regarding product selection
  • Monitor floor stock levels and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom
  • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives
  • Create and update customer profiles and records
  • Monitor showroom sales metrics and goals
  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom
  • Train and manage showroom staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
