Lovesac is looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented Assistant Showroom Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow and develop their experience in the retail industry. You will be responsible for assisting the Showroom Manager in managing a showroom, driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and a highly organized individual.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of two years of retail management experience as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with sales and customer service is essential. Additionally, you must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work flexible hours. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Showroom Manager in managing the showroom and driving sales.
  2. Provide quality customer service to guests.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  4. Ensure that all sales goals are met.
  5. Train and motivate team members to exceed expectations.
  6. Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in the showroom.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is adequately replenished.
  8. Ensure all customers are greeted and assisted in a timely manner.
  9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
  10. Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
