Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to customers.
- Assist Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
- Lead a team of associates, providing direction and motivation.
- Monitor store performance and recommend process improvements.
- Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Train and develop new associates on company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze sales figures and create reports for store management.
- Ensure all store displays are properly maintained and updated regularly.
