Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to customers.
2. Assist Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
3. Lead a team of associates, providing direction and motivation.
4. Monitor store performance and recommend process improvements.
5. Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
6. Oversee the sales process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
8. Train and develop new associates on company policies and procedures.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
10. Analyze sales figures and create reports for store management.
11. Ensure all store displays are properly maintained and updated regularly.
12. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
