We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to join the team at Lovesac. This is an ideal role for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to take their career to the next level.The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to manage our showroom and ensuring the highest level of customer service. An excellent knowledge of our product range and industry experience are essential requirements for the role.We are looking for an individual who can bring a personal touch to the role and help to manage and motivate our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the showroom in accordance to company policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.
  3. Have excellent knowledge of the product range and industry experience.
  4. Bring a personal touch to the role and help to manage and motivate the team.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and address any customer complaints.
  7. Develop strategies and initiatives to improve sales and customer service.
  8. Ensure all team members are properly trained and have the necessary resources to fulfill their roles.
  9. Monitor showroom performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase showroom efficiency and profitability.
