- Manage the showroom in accordance to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.
- Have excellent knowledge of the product range and industry experience.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any customer complaints.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to improve sales and customer service.
- Ensure all team members are properly trained and have the necessary resources to fulfill their roles.
