- Oversee the organization and coordination of materials and supplies in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill material requests and ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect and verify incoming materials and supplies for accuracy and quality.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Warehouse Materials Coordinator At Lovelace Health System Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Previous Warehouse Or Inventory Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Warehouse Or Inventory Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Inventory Software And Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Familiar With Inventory Management Software And Be Able To Use It To Track And Manage Supplies And Materials.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: A Warehouse Materials Coordinator Must Be Able To Effectively Organize And Track Inventory, As Well As Prioritize Tasks And Manage Their Time Efficiently.
