- Develop and implement effective referral strategies to expand the patient referral network of Lovelace Health System.
- Collaborate with various departments and external partners to identify and establish referral relationships.
- Create and maintain a database of potential referral sources and track referral activities.
- Monitor and analyze referral data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential referral opportunities and develop targeted outreach plans.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all referral inquiries and maintain relationships with current and potential referral partners.
- Develop and maintain referral marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate referral events and activities, such as educational seminars and networking events.
- Train and educate staff on referral processes and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to referrals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote the referral program and provide updates on referral activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the referral program to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and updates on referral program performance to management.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to referral programs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Lovelace Health System to external partners and the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Referral Program Management Or Healthcare Marketing.
Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With A Variety Of Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Regulations Related To Referral Programs.
Experience With Data Analysis And Ability To Use Metrics To Measure The Success Of Referral Programs.
