Market Vice President, Human Resources

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for the oversight and management of our HR operations and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of responsibility.The Market Vice President of Human Resources will be expected to develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the organization's growth and success. They will work closely with our executive team and other departments to ensure that our employee engagement, talent development, and recruitment efforts are aligned with our organizational goals. In addition, the Market Vice President will be expected to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to maintain a positive work environment that supports our values and mission.We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, either in a healthcare setting or in a corporate environment. A Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, as is a PHR certification. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
