
Market Vice President, Human Resources
At Lovelace Health System, we are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Market Vice President of Human Resources. This is a key position in our organization, responsible for the oversight and management of our HR operations and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of responsibility.The Market Vice President of Human Resources will be expected to develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the organization's growth and success. They will work closely with our executive team and other departments to ensure that our employee engagement, talent development, and recruitment efforts are aligned with our organizational goals. In addition, the Market Vice President will be expected to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to maintain a positive work environment that supports our values and mission.We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, either in a healthcare setting or in a corporate environment. A Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, as is a PHR certification. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the organization's growth and success. -Collaborate with executive team and other departments to ensure employee engagement, talent development, and recruitment efforts are aligned with organizational goals. -Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. -Maintain a positive work environment that supports the organization's values and mission. -Provide guidance and direction on all HR matters. -Provide guidance and direction on employee relations matters. -Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. -Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment. -Analyze and evaluate HR data and metrics to identify areas of improvement. -Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. -Lead and mentor HR team members.
