
Certified Nurse-Midwife
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our team at Lovelace Health System. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive prenatal, obstetrical, and gynecological care to women of all ages. You’ll serve as an advocate for clients, helping them to make informed decisions about their health care.The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology. You should be a strong communicator and have the ability to build relationships with patients in order to provide the highest quality of care. You should also be comfortable working with diverse populations and different cultural backgrounds.To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Nurse-Midwife Certification from the American Midwifery Certification Board, a current license to practice nursing in the state of New Mexico, and at least two years of experience in obstetrics. Responsibilities:

- Maintain a highly organized and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Develop strong communication skills and build relationships with patients.
- Work comfortably with diverse populations and different cultural backgrounds.
- Possess a valid Nurse-Midwife Certification from the American Midwifery Certification Board.
- Maintain a current license to practice nursing in the state of New Mexico.
- Have at least two years of experience in obstetrics.
- Possess a Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Have experience working in a hospital setting.
