- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the cardiology service line, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and expand the cardiology service line, in alignment with the overall goals of the organization.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and patient-centered care by monitoring and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of services.
- Lead and mentor a team of cardiology staff, providing guidance, support, and training to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and financial data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve the service line's performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community organizations and healthcare partners, to promote the cardiology service line and enhance its reputation.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in cardiology services to ensure the service line remains current and competitive.
- Serve as a liaison between the cardiology service line and other departments within the organization, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
- Act with integrity and professionalism, upholding the values and mission of Lovelace Health System in all interactions and decisions.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Cardiology Service Line, Preferably Within A Healthcare System.
Strong Understanding Of Cardiology Service Line Operations, Including Budgeting, Quality Improvement, And Strategic Planning.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals And Driving Positive Patient Outcomes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Physicians, Staff, And Other Departments Within The Healthcare System.
