Job Description

Love’s Travel Stops is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager of Customer Loyalty & Partnerships to join our team. We are seeking a creative and passionate professional with a strong customer focus and a proven ability to develop and manage customer loyalty and partnership programs. The successful candidate will have extensive experience developing and executing customer loyalty programs, leading cross-functional teams, and managing third-party partnerships. They will be an innovative thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Moreover, they will be highly driven, collaborative, and have a passion for growing customer loyalty and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in customer loyalty, marketing, or related field• Proven ability to develop and execute customer loyalty and partnership programs• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party partnerships• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Highly driven, collaborative, and passionate about customer loyalty and partnerships
