CNG Mechanic Intern

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated CNG Mechanic Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a hardworking individual with a passion for vehicle maintenance and a commitment to providing superior customer service.Minimum qualifications for this position include a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in diesel and alternative fuel vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required.As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the maintenance of CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) and propane vehicles. You will adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing daily maintenance checks and diagnostics. You will also assist in the diagnosis and repair of vehicle-related issues, as well as the installation of new parts and equipment.The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
