Visual Merchandising Referent

Our Visual Merchandising Referent will be a passionate ambassador of the Loro Piana brand and its values, creating a positive and lasting impression on our customers.The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the luxury retail market, excellent visual merchandising skills and a creative flair. A successful Visual Merchandising Referent is someone who is highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilites:

1. Create visually appealing displays that reflect the aesthetic of the Loro Piana brand
2. Maintain a high level of excellence in all visual displays
3. Demonstrate an understanding of the luxury retail market
4. Manage and coordinate visual merchandising projects
5. Monitor product placement to ensure the displays are up to date
6. Work with other departments to ensure alignment of brand identity
7. Implement strategies and tactics to ensure the best results in terms of sales
8. Establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
9. Train and develop team members in visual merchandising
10. Attend trade shows and other events to stay up to date with the latest trends
