Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing textile production and controlling costs.
2. Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
3. Review and interpret financial statements to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Monitor and report on production performance, budgets, and financial statements.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
6. Create documents for accounting and financial processes.
7. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
8. Manage and mentor team members.
9. Develop and recommend policies and procedures for the textile production process.
10. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
