HR Organization & HR IS Internship

Previous experience in a Human Resources department or Information Systems department is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll.
2. Develop and maintain effective systems for tracking employee data, including performance reviews and training records.
3. Assist with the implementation of HRIS systems and other technology-based solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual labor.
4. Provide support for recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
5. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data.
6. Assist with the development of policies and procedures related to Human Resources and Information Systems.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to Human Resources and Information Systems.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS systems.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful HRIS implementation and use.
10. Provide assistance with other HR and IS-related projects as needed.
