
HR Organization & HR IS Internship
Loro Piana is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Organization & HR IS Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in Human Resources and Information Systems while working with an industry-leading luxury retail brand.The successful candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal and technical skills, as well as an aptitude for problem-solving. The ideal applicant will be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately. Additionally, the individual must demonstrate a professional demeanor while displaying a passion for the industry.To be considered for this position, the applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Previous experience in a Human Resources department or Information Systems department is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as experience working with HRIS systems, is necessary.We are looking for someone who is eager to help support our team and build a successful career in Human Resources and Information Systems. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll.
- Develop and maintain effective systems for tracking employee data, including performance reviews and training records.
- Assist with the implementation of HRIS systems and other technology-based solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual labor.
- Provide support for recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures related to Human Resources and Information Systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to Human Resources and Information Systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful HRIS implementation and use.
- Provide assistance with other HR and IS-related projects as needed.
