Director of Retail Stores

We are looking for an experienced Director of Retail Stores to join our team at Loro Piana. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the retail operations of all our stores in the U.S., and you will work in close collaboration with the Retail Management team to drive excellence and profitability.To be successful in this position, you must have a passion for luxury retail, a proven track record of success in retail operations, and a strong understanding of retail operations and sales performance. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize retail operations and sales performance in all stores in the U.S.
2. Monitor sales performance and trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Directly manage the Retail Management team and ensure that all tasks are delegated and completed efficiently.
4. Establish effective relationships with all store teams, partners, and customers.
5. Create and maintain store budgets and ensure that all financial goals are met.
6. Develop and implement effective store policies and procedures in line with company standards.
7. Monitor and assess store compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve the customer experience.
9. Evaluate store performance and identify areas of improvement.
10. Develop and implement strategies for training and development of retail staff.
