- Develop and execute strategic plans for the News division's products and services, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the financial news landscape, and use this information to inform product development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to define and deliver innovative news offerings that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for the News division's products and services, and use these insights to continuously improve and optimize offerings.
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders such as news agencies, media outlets, and industry experts to stay up-to-date on market developments and leverage their expertise for product development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on financial news, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Manage and prioritize product roadmap and backlog, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Lead and coordinate product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and manage budgets for the News division's products and services, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving financial targets.
- Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance requirements, and ensure all products and services adhere to relevant guidelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance and progress of the News division's products and services.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing support and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Communications, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Regulatory Landscape.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling News Stories And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Multiple News Projects On Time And Within Budget.
