Speech Pathologist

The Speech Pathologist provides advanced patient care including evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning, family training and the application of treatment techniques in accordance with designated practice act and department policy and procedure. Responsible for providing inpatient care as per physician's orders. Supervises non- CCS paneled staff as requested. Participates in case conferences and discharge planning meetings. Works with the program coordinator/case manager and or MTU/school representative communicating/coordinating recommendations for ongoing therapy and equipment needs upon discharge.
