- Greet and welcome students, faculty, and staff to Loma Linda University with a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the services offered at Loma Linda University and effectively communicate these to individuals seeking assistance.
- Create and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by students, faculty, and staff, and escalate as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to better serve the community.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on university policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff and other departments within the university.
- Uphold the university's core values and mission in all interactions and tasks.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Keep confidential information secure and handle it with sensitivity and discretion.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Administrative Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Diverse Range Of Individuals.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
