  1. Design and develop innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Create technical designs, code, and test scripts to implement new features and functionality on the ServiceNow platform.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and industry best practices to ensure the organization is utilizing the platform to its full potential.
  6. Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  7. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and mentoring to other developers on the team.
  8. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.
  9. Document technical designs, code, and configuration changes for future reference.
  10. Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  11. Collaborate with ServiceNow vendors and support teams to resolve any platform-related issues.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and how technology can be leveraged to improve patient care.
  13. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliver solutions within the agreed-upon deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Developing And Implementing Solutions On The Servicenow Platform.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Servicenow Modules Such As It Service Management, Asset Management, And Change Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Web Development Languages Such As Javascript, Html, And Css.

  • Servicenow Certified Application Developer (Cad) Certification Is Preferred.
