- Manage and oversee multiple research projects within the Research Affairs department.
- Ensure all projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to relevant parties.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: A Project Manager-Research Affairs At Loma Linda University Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Project Management, Or Healthcare Administration.
Previous Project Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Research Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing Budgets, Timelines, And Resources.
Expertise In Research Regulations And Compliance: Loma Linda University Is Committed To Upholding Ethical Standards In Research, And A Project Manager-Research Affairs Should Have Knowledge And Experience In Navigating Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Irb And Hipaa.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Project Manager-Research Affairs, One Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders, Including Researchers, Administrators, And External Partners.
