  1. Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
  2. Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients in an outpatient setting.
  3. Utilize evidence-based therapies to address clients' mental health concerns and promote positive outcomes.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
  6. Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements in all aspects of client care.
  7. Continuously evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  8. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress.
  9. Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources.
  10. Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure requirements.
  11. Serve as an advocate for clients and promote a client-centered approach to care.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all clients in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment protocols and policies.
  14. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  15. Stay informed about current research and developments in the field of psychology and incorporate new techniques into practice as appropriate.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Active License To Practice As A Mental Health Professional In The State Of California.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Psychotherapy Services In An Outpatient Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Disorders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport And Build Therapeutic Relationships With Diverse Populations.
