- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to help patients regain or improve their ability to perform daily activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Monitor and track patient progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and document all interventions and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote independence and self-care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and comply with all legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Stay informed about current trends, research, and advancements in the field of occupational therapy and incorporate them into practice.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development through training, workshops, and conferences.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed and their rights are respected.

Current State License To Practice As An Occupational Therapist.
Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Program.
At Least 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Rehabilitation Facility.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practice And The Ability To Incorporate It Into Treatment Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
