  1. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with mental and emotional challenges.
  2. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans and interventions.
  3. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriate course of therapy for each client.
  4. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

  11. Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client cases and treatment strategies.
  12. Collaborate with community resources and make appropriate referrals for clients.
  13. Act as an advocate for clients and promote their well-being.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the community.
  15. Comply with all licensing and accreditation standards and regulations.
  16. Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.
  17. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
  18. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree Or Higher In Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Therapy Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Active And Unrestricted State License To Practice As A Therapist Or Counselor.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions.
