  1. Provide exceptional patient care in the operating room setting.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to assist in surgical procedures.
  3. Collaborate and communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members.
  4. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care.
  6. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  7. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the surgical team.
  8. Assist in preparing and maintaining surgical equipment and supplies.
  9. Educate and support patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
  10. Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  11. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
  12. Serve as an advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met during their surgical experience.
  13. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  14. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls) Certifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Operating Room Setting

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Surgical Equipment, Instrumentation, And Procedures
