- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of our clinic operations.
- Manage and oversee daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards and requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to promote a collaborative and patient-centered work environment.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance patient experience and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other department managers and leaders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement changes as needed to ensure the clinic's continued success.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and development for all clinic staff.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With A Diverse Team.
Familiarity With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
