1. Oversee and lead a team of anesthesia technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
2. Train and mentor new and existing technicians to ensure all team members are knowledgeable and proficient in their roles.
3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the anesthesia technicians, providing feedback and addressing any areas of improvement.

9. Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in anesthesia technology and techniques, and implement new practices as appropriate.
10. Serve as a liaison between the anesthesia team and other departments within the hospital to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
11. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure compliance.
