Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized individual to join our team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist at LOEWE. As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a visually appealing shopping environment for our customers and helping to drive our brand identity. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fashion and design. If you are a fashion-forward individual with a knack for creating unique and innovative displays, we would love to hear from you!The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. You should also be familiar with the latest trends in merchandising, have a good understanding of retail operations, and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create visually appealing displays and store layouts that reflect the brand identity of LOEWE.
  2. Keep up to date on the latest trends in visual merchandising to ensure the store is on trend.
  3. Analyze customer buying patterns and provide recommendations for improving the customer experience.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product is displayed in a timely manner.
  5. Work with the retail team to ensure the store meets all operational requirements.
  6. Schedule and coordinate store events and promotions.
  7. Create and execute visual merchandising plans for special promotions and campaigns.
  8. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising campaigns.
  9. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
