Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day to day operations of the store, including staffing, customer service, and sales.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure that the store meets and exceeds sales targets.
4. Monitor stock levels and ensure that visual merchandising techniques are effectively implemented.
5. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to ensure a positive customer experience.
6. Monitor staff performance and address any issues promptly.
7. Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and product developments.
8. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
9. Ensure that the store is kept clean, tidy and organized at all times.
10. Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
